• All signings, in accordance with Oregon law, are $10.00 per signature, + Notary travel fee

• $45 for Linn & Benton Counties areas during normal business hours, includes one signature *

• Est. $60 for Marion & Lane County areas during normal business hours, includes one signature *

• Services outside of normal business hours require an estimate

• Care facilities & hospital visits require an estimate

• Jail visits require an estimate

*Travel expenses are subject to modification dependent on distance

• $125 - $200 includes printing and delivering loan documents to signer(s), Notarizing and ensuring all needed signatures/ initials are obtained on loan documents, mailing completed loan documents to title company or lender

• Signer refuses to sign – Time & Travel fee is still payable.

• Signer forgot or does not have access to his/her government-issued ID and must reschedule – Time & Travel fee is still payable.

• Unusual Wait Time before we can begin: if we have not started 15 minutes after appointment time, $60 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
